On September 7, I was able to attend the walk for suicide prevention awareness of AFSP Puerto Rico.

The walk was held on the Jardín Botanico de Caguas, and I was able to do a Creation Elixir session with a group of participants. It was raining, but we adapted, and shared a very relaxing time in the garden, regulated our nervous system, created in community and express with creativity.
