"Painting Away the Blues: How Art Journaling Works Magic for Your Mental Health"
One of my favorite ways to get creative is through Art Journaling. It lets me unleash my creativity without worrying about a specific topic. I usually set the mood with a candle, some music, and then dive into my stack of magazines, looking for images that catch my eye. The trick is to keep the flow going without overthinking. I pay attention to both words and images, and when I'm done, I add color and text to bring it all together.

Sensory Walk for Mindfulness
I believe in the type of healing that is nurtured by healthy interaction with the earth. Walking in nature is a great way to reduce anxiety and stress. A walk can also be an opportunity for learning and practicing mindfulness.
